PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training provides an opportunity to pursue your health and fitness goals on an individual basis. Working 1-on-1 with a trainer allows for the most specific coaching and guidance possible. We offer personal training at CrossFit Dansaert as 1-on-1 Individual Sessions or 2-on-1 Group Sessions. If you are considering Personal Training, please contact us and schedule a consultation!
